If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you the full price of the item as soon as it arrives with us.

However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.

The exchange is free! We offer you the costs of returns to mainland France.
